On PC OSes Dolphin is quite good.

Yes I have a pc but it cant run dolphin.Why no love for Android? Is it because Google? Id understand if you say yes
Combination of driver issues nobody wants to work around (or can't work around in many cases), thermal issues we can't work around, and just low developer interest in the platform.
Google isn't really relevant to the issue here.

What do you mean? Do you mean you cannot swipe down the menu?
I have that problem with my Note 8. To soulve it I simple press the multi task button then click back the emulator to show the menu temporary.

Not really your doing pretty Good Job.
Snapdragon 823 Runs Games pretty great (very acceptable speeds)
We just have to wait 5 more years to achieve 60 fps.
