Windwaker is quite a bit slower than twilight princes. Which I at first totally didn't expect. Windwaker runs at between 20-30fps (when holding a button) and twilight princes at a pretty good 30fps with some stutters and framedrops ofcourse. (Exynos 9810 on vulcan)
So that's due some effects that windwaker needs which are peformance heavy
Don't forget about Alien Hominid and Bust a Move 3. Those games run well even in my mediatek powered phablet.

i tried both and you are right. wind waker weirdly plays slower than twilight princess, totally didnt expect that at all. windwaker has such a simplistic look to it, i thought itll emulate very well.
Rampage for GC is the lightest game ever.
