When i use Vulkan on Paper mario the thousand year old on the dolphin emulator
the x-nut guys go all white, what is causing that to happen
Do you have the latest GPU drivers installed?
And does this also happen in the latest 5.0 dev build of Dolphin?

Possibly because you have unrealistic expectations on the timescales required for getting help? Perhaps your demanding tone rubs the (volunteers) that could help the wrong way? I'm sure there's plenty of reasons.

We need you to test latest
dev build, not 5.0 stable.
