Even with this Exynos is still worse performing and more unreliable than Snapdragon, right?

What sort of performance did you get, was there any improvement with the new opengl version?

Great. We have EXT_BUFFER_STORAGE support with Mali-G71 in v10 driver version since android 8.1 Still samsung is better in area (faster implementation) than Huawei.

Huawei has EXT_buffer_storage on 8.1 as well, not to mention they rolled out 9.0 much faster than Samsung.

Guess EXT_BUFFER is still not fixed for Exynos?
running note 8 Eynos 8895 on Android 9 and Dolphin is still kinda slow.

It depends on what device you have. Some devices with Exynos do have EXT_BUFFER_STORAGE now.
