when i mean lock up i mean the FPS goes to 0, the VPS goes to 60 fps and nothing moves :S

Apparently this was caused when the "optimize quantizers" option was killed at r4854

oh, so i guess ill have to use something before r4854 eh?

oops, double post, my bad :S

this game freeze to me after couple of minutes, in every ver. i tried, and with any settings...there is a know ver. where it doesnt freeze after 10min?
i hope this problem can be solved soon

as i wrote there, the r4710 is absolutly stable for the game you wish to play.
Also many other revisions up to r4758. Make sure to use the openGL-plugin.

It does have a random crash issue like all wii games that use this game engine (wii sports, sports resort & wii play). Didn't notice until recently, but it can happen at any time, so I have no idea what is triggering it.

It happened to me so far once about 20 sec after booting, once after 4 minutes of flying around on the island, once after playing many different sports with friends for like an hour.

90% of the time it's just fine though and wont crash, but that issue makes the gameplay just a draw of luck, image might freeze at any time.

ps: is only this game that freeze for me...."wii sport" never crash for me
