If dolphin does not install, it means your device is not compatible. Unfortunately Android doesn't give us a particularly good way to tell the user that unless we jump through a bunch of hoops on our end.
In most cases, it's because your device does not have a 64 bit userspace. Even if your device has a 64 bit CPU, many phone vendors will ship phones with 32 bit userspaces for whatever reason.
