Both mi6 and mix2 have fps over 30, while 3T has over 20 which is visible. I wouldnt call 20+ fps as no issues...
In one of the three videos guy showed settings. Hard to compare different dolphin version with different settings on maybe different android systems (gpu drivers)
I doubt somethings wrong with mimix 2
It has one thing different than the rest, bigger screen resolution.

sure, 20 fps less are an issue, but I'm talking about that intermittence visible in mi mix 2, in oneplus 3 there isn't..
I don't know if the problem is vulkan or Opengp, with opengl in Mi 6 the game works fine, with vulkan doesn't.
but the guy of the channel knows very well the dolphin.. he made a lot of videos just to shows how dolphin works with phones and tutorials showing best settings..
I don't think is a setting problem of dolphin in mi mix 2..
if someone of the forum can try this game with Mi mix 2, jhust to be sure will be great..
I'm undecided about which to buy, mi 6 or mi mix 2..
Thermals and thermal management are different for the two phones, which is likely why performance is different.

I think you could probably get something better to play Dolphin on... like um... maybe a computer with a recent ( <2yr old) non-ulp CPU... that will save us a lot of headache from dealing with broken drivers, users with old versions of Dolphin unwilling to update because it runs like 5 fps better and are complaining about a bug that has been fixed in the latest dev-version, games that need game breaking settings to get to playable levels(I'm looking at you: Emulated Clock speed and EFB/XFB settings), users citing stupid YouTubers, and slow devices in general.
If you really want to use an Android device, get an nVidia Shield TV...
Could also be a difference in android versions between the two, mi6 received Oreo far sooner.

If you know a better place than here to talk about android dolphin issues please tell me it

I think is helpful for developers of android dolphin to know about these issues to better their work, is not my fault if exist an android version of dolphin and it can runs these games.. after the new 845 snapdragon 835 is still the best so these phones are not so slow
I don't need nvidia shileld tv, I still have Ps2 somewhere to play MOHF that is one of my favourite games ever.. But I don't have time to play videogames during the year because I've to work..
What I would like is to play MOH this summer holidays under the umbrella at the beach with the phone

.. because is possible to do it..
my question is simply: why mi mix 2 has this issue and Mi 6 didn't??
and I asked if someone can try this game with mix 2.. nothing else..
said this I think developers have to receive cash for this emulator because is a great job!!

Except... it cannot run these games because of broken drivers and slow SoC's. The way to get these things supported is: get a working driver from QUALCOMM and then have Xiaomi update these drivers into their devices. Until then, there is no real support for Dolphin on Android.
So again, if you want Dolphin on the go, you're better of getting a decent gaming laptop.
