On Vulkan when the GPU Texture Decoding is on, part of the floor texture in garage is not displayed. Occurs in 95% of cases when going to this garage from a free roam. I tried different settings and backends.

Also I noticed that the picture is slightly different when GPU decoding (see shading inside the wheel).

My specs in profile, build 5.0-72xx and more recent.
