Could a laptop with a  ryzen 2700U and integrated Vega 10 run Wii games at 1080p???? Can't find any videos or benchmarks for it on Dolphin.

The vega 11 on a desktop Ryzen 2400G can to 3x IR (1080p) with asynchronous ubershaders, so I would imagine that at least 3x IR without ubershaders would be possible without issue as long as dual-channel memory is used.

A bigger issue is the CPU however since, depending on the laptop in question, it being a U model may prevent it from running at higher clocks for a sustained amount of time. Mobile Intel CPUs can get around this by using either the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility or ThrottleStop to run the CPU at a higher TDP level, but AFAIK there isn't anything like this for mobile Ryzen CPUs (Ryzen Master only works on AM4 Ryzen chips). This is compounded by the fact that the TDP budget is shared between the CPU and GPU, so reducing the load on the GPU could actually result in improved CPU performance.

At least on the Dolphin 5.0 CPU benchmark a 2500u performs similarly to a desktop Sandy Bridge to Ivy Bridge processor, so you should be able to at least achieve that level of performance considering that modern development builds of Dolphin will give Ryzen a bit extra relative performance vs Intel not to mention that the 2700u is a higher-clocked part.

Oh, and keep in mind that Wii games are not inherently more demanding than GameCube games - how demanding something is really applies on a game-to-game basis regardless of its original platform.
