The best way for you to do this would be to delete your gfx.ini (in [username]\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config on Windows) to remove all of your graphics options, and then change options back one by one until you find what was causing it.
Considering you had a number of odd settings enabled (force 16:9 with the widescreen hack on a 16:10 display? ew), you might just want to delete your gfx.ini and leave it alone, honestly.
