Why are the games so laggy on my Samsung galaxy s7 edge?
As has been said many times, ask your phone vendor for better GPU video drivers. there is nothing that can be done.
If you're on the latest development build, a message on boot tells you why.

Your device doesn't support a very important extension we need for remotely good GPU perf, buffer_storage

Trash drivers lead to trash performance.

Your S7 is probably the Exynos version which has driver bugs that hamper dolphin's performance.

To be fair, it's not just a matter of bugs, it's also a matter of missing a feature that's very important for Dolphin's performance Wink

thing is, it is the snapdragon version.
