I've always used a Switch Pro Controller in Dolphin with Bluetooth and a few weeks back I noticed that Dolphin has some problems with the C-Stick of it (it works fine on the Switch btw), the normal left Joystick works fine.
As seen in the Attachement it's a little bit below the center without even touching the C-Stick. Is there a way to calibrate the joystick or something?

Yes by Using the Windows Built-in calibration.

Windows 10:

Windows 7:
Start > Control Panel > at the top right Search for Joystick > Set up USB Controllers > Properties > Calibrate > Follow onscreen prompts.
