I converted your save from PAL to NTSC and didn't have any problems on my end.

Try this:
-Turn off Cheats.
-Go to C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config and delete GFX.ini.
-Then, start Dolphin, and don't touch/change anything, start Shadow the hedgehog

And you have a really bad CPU for Dolphin.

Hmm, I set Audio to HLE and Texture Cache to the middle and I get almost no lag now.

Thanks, but I moved to the Japanese version (PAL has no Japanese and I was really curious), as it has no issues for me. So strange that the PAL one doesn't work...
