Did you check to make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed and have the latest GPU drivers from Nvidia.com?

I checked my drivers earlier today and they're up to date (last update was last month).

I'll check to see if Windows update fixes anything later.
OK, did the update and it hasn't got rid of the cutscene glitches and crashes.
So I'm guessing the game's too broken to play now with current Dolphin. Sad
It works fine for me? As you sure you don't have any weird settings on?
I have Gecko Codes on, but not many and just basic stuff like Widescreen fix, but I've turned that off and the cutscenes still bug. I'm also using an older version of the Code Handler, as apparently the more recent one doesn't work properly.
OK, nevermind, even WITHOUT any Gecko codes on, the game still crashes.

BTW, the crashes usually happen after a few levels, so you won't usually get a crash or anything at Westopolis.
Can you upload your memory card or the .gci save file here for us to load the area you're having a problem at?

BTW, also found some weird geometry.

BTW, I still get the same amount of slowdown in the game, no matter my settings and it doesn't use 100% of my CPU.
It won't use 100% of your CPU. Dolphin is not an infinitely threaded application.

And you have a really bad CPU for Dolphin.
