I am planning to buy Note 8 Exynos Version,
Can I play Gamecube at least with 30 FPS? OR Snap dragon will be MUCH Faster?

IIRC the mali drivers still do not support the buffer_storage extension dolphin pretty much requires for good performance - on any version.

That may change in the future, but even if new drivers do start supporting it, that's no guarantee those driver updates will make it to current devices, or even those released soon after the driver support was added (device design cycles can be long, and often end up pulling in a driver well before the public release date).

So I guess the answer is "no" right now - the snapdragon will likely be faster than and mali-based exynos.

Zelda was run with vulkan backend on the video.

I have g-71 mp8 vs s note8 mp20 and i get similar speeds wirh ogles playing mk dd on reo and tweaked settings. Which suprise me like we are not raw gpu power bottlenecked.

Definitely install oreo when possible (newer drivers) You can also change screen resolution in android settings, but lowering it has no dramatic impact on fps.
