Is it possible to create a hotkey for checking/unchecking a config option within the Graphics menu? The one I am thinking of the Skip EFB Access... that causes slow downs in Mario Galaxy, but is needed for some actions.

Seems like in the Hotkey menu there is an option already for toggling EFB coipes (whatever that does), but not an option for toggling Skip EFB Access...
