You don't have to do every build, just do the one in between. So if it broke between 6074 and 6101, just check 6087. Then if it's still working then check the one in between 6087 and 6101. It's much quicker to narrow it down that way.

I ran into something else at 5.0-6086 - the game would not load at all, and it works a up to 5.0-6076

Right thanks, I did know that but didnt entirely abide by it 

The game boots past prologue on 5.0-6084; did not load at all on 6086

There seems to be either 2 problems or one that changed. Version 5.0-6084 seems to work fine along with all below it, then in each version from 5.0-6086 to 5.0-6096 the game does not start at all, black screens and evenutually forces a restart as dolphin cant be interacted with, then again at 5.0-6101 the game loads but freezes just before the prologue; this is the error i encountered over and over again with the newer dev versions, but also the game doesnt load at all in several editions prior to that build, and the latest working build I found was 5.0-6084

After all that I am unable to move past the gate scene in rogueport where the gate is supposed to come off, I tried the prefer stensil as well as usebbox lines but it didnt help, any further options would be appreciated

I'll report this again and see if I can get anyone else to look at it.
