I am playing through twilight princess and in a cutscene this thing shows up that says

intCPU: unknown instruction 00000000 at PC = 00000008
last_PC = 812fffc8 LR = 803301a8

I have no clue what this means or what I need to change

Have you tried the latest Dolphin 5.0 dev build to see if that fixes the issue?
