Hi!
I've a problem at opening Dolphin 5 and 4.

I used to have the error 0x00007b but I've fixed it. Then, when I tried to open the application this didn't want to work, although it appeared in the task manager

Please I would be very grateful if someone can help me with this!

NOTE: I've watched a lot of videos on Youtube and tried to reinstall the program again and again but still didn't work

Hey you should try using the latest Dolphin builds since dolphin 5.0 (stable) and 4.0 is very out of date and missing a bunch of new features. You should also try and re install visual studio 2015 x64
