CleanRip (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CleanRip) is usually what gets recommended, but that requires a softmodded Wii (which isn't that hard to set up). Otherwise, you need to use RawDump or FriiDump on a compatible PC DVD drive, but these typically cost far more than a used Wii and are less reliable and slower. If you have a Wii, install the Homebrew channel (there are a zillion ways to do this and Google is your friend) and use CleanRip to dump the disks. If you don't have a Wii, buy a used one, dump your disks, and then either keep the Wii or sell it again for the same amount as you bought it for if you're short on money.
