Oh I fully agree with you, if you own the game, then you are good. otherwise you are 100% illegal.

Exactly. This is what I meant. Except not with the 100%. Doesn't Dolphin only take unpatched ISOs?

Don't some ISOs need to be patched to run illegally? I think Pokemon XD ISOs need it.
