I can't say you the settings, you have to test it yourself and find the better for your gameplay. Just look for it in Dolphin settings, I really can't help you because my Android device don't even run Dolphin.

Also, changing the emulated clockspeed will introduce bugs and glitches in almost all games. That is because the Gamecube/Wii software wasn't made to cope with a system that runs slower than it is supposed to (a real GC/Wii can not underclock the processor (ok, if you run GC software on a Wii it will slow down the Wii's processor to GC speeds))

Yes, it's a price to be paid. Overclock is a good feature for me on PC, with 150% clock NFS games can be played with stable 60 FPS.
