50fps is easier to achieve and I can definitely say that Super Mario Sunshine runs at a smoother framerate with the Eur version instead of the US version

Thank you for responding i really appreciate it. I wasnt sure which to go by but seeing that an actual android user can vouch that pal is faster/smoother than ntsc is good to hear. Gotta change my games now to those.

If and only if you are gpu bottlenecked. With android gpu drivers this might be the case.

Some PAL games compensate for the extra time between frames by rendering more detailed frames or otherwise making good use of the extra time. It's not always the case that a PAL game is any easier to emulate at its intended speed, so don't be too surprised if some games aren't better off.

Mm gotcha i see. Since this thread i tried two games in pal and ntsc (gotcha force and final fantasy crystal chonicals) so far the pal versions seem faster and less audio stutter/lag compared to the ntsc one. Idk if its coincidence or not but i wanna try some more games to see how they go

What does bottlenecked mean if i may ask? And since this is android is this a good thing lol?

Bottles have a wide bit at the bottom, but their neck is narrow and doesn't allow the entire contents to flow through at once. If part of your system is a bottleneck, then it is slowing down everything else, even though the other bits could potentially go faster.

How did you get the name for PAL in your title? Did you copy it from an ISO you downloaded?
