It's not available in the Android GUI, but it can be set in a game INI.

In the android version do not have in the settings, I created a folder inside the game directory on android, I created a folder named GameSettings inside the folder dolphin-emu and then put the hack speed .ini file

hey so did you put that exact file in the link you provided to make the game stay at a consistent 30 fps? i have some cheat codes im using for this game like running faster and infinite deku nuts. may i ask how exactly you placed the file to make this happen?

o arquivo ini foi adicionado recentemente no apk, você só precisa baixar o apk da atualização, mas eu aviso que o cambio não será tão radical. E melhorou, mas ainda apresenta bugs de velocidade.

il file ini è stato inserito di recente gia nel apk ,ti bastera scaricare l'apk di aggiornamento ma ti avverto il cambiamento non sarà cosi radicale .e migliorato ma presenta comunque bug di velocita.

el archivo ini se ha agregado recientemente en la apk, solo tienes que descargar la actualización apk pero te advierto que el cambio no será tan radical. e mejorado, pero aún presenta errores de velocidad.
