I'm 99% sure this is a GPU driver issue. Even if it isn't, outputting an empty info log is not helpful by the driver. Please report this to your vendor.

with the latest version of dolphin the game goes better but crashes often
con l'ultima versione di dolphin il gioco va meglio ma crasha spesso
resident evil 1 does not work only with regards to the gamecub version, the wii version works correctly.
resident evil 1 non funziona solo per quanto riguarda la versione gamecub ,la versione wii funziona correttamente.
