I've been able to run Gamecube and Wii games without any issues by changing the backend to D3D11

Probably not surprising - shader issues are likely to be backend specific.
But we can't debug this without the shader dump files that dolphin creates when a shader fails to compile (see the above posts) - you /really/ need to post those if you want us to try to fix this...

Even if you don't want us to try and fix it, you should still post the log ideally. If there's genuinely a problem with Dolphin and not a buggy driver then it might affect other users down the line. It's better if it gets fixed before that happens.
