You can safely o/c ur cpu. (Just the voltage can't be done safely)
I overclocked my mobile core 2 duo p7450 from 2.1 to 2.555ghz, its stable and works fine. I use setFSB. in case u go too high itl just crash, or bsod. But, if u want higher o/c then u need to bump up voltage but thats unsafe if ur not a pro, so just do normal oc..
