Any idea what is causing this to happen? I only get this during cutscenes when objects/characters are close. I am not running any mods, the only changes i really made was to the resolution.
Dolphin 5.0 ,4790k , 980 ti, 16gb ram, windows 10 (not running creators update).

Have you tried the latest version of dolphin?

Hey, thanks for responding and yes I did try the latest development version.

Latest version does the same thing.

We generally require your OS to be entirely up to date for us to care. But I'm guessing this is just either a screwed up driver install or you have a bad game dump

my windows 10 is up to date, i just deleted the creators update.

If you don't have the creators update, it isn't up-to-date.
