How can I COMPLETELY clear all settings?
I tried this:
- Deleted the dolphin-emu folder
- Force close dolphin
- Cleared the cache
- Deleted the app data
- Uninstalled
- Installed again
And then it says it cannont write any settings.
I have tho create the folder dolphin-emu manually, and then the /Config/ inside to be able to save any settings.
And I can't start games like wii sports resort because the game says it cannot read or write...
But the most strange thing is that my control layout was kept intact after deleting everything and reinstalled.
Any help? thanks!
That's weird. All the data should be removed if you perform these two steps:
1. Delete the dolphin-emu folder
2. Delete the app data and clear the cache, or uninstall the app
But you've already done that, so I'm not sure why the control layout would be intact... And I'm not sure why it would be failing to write anything to begin with.

I've done it 3 or 4 times. I've looked into "Android" and "data" folder,s but there is no namespace folder od dolphin there.
I've also searched "dolphin" and I am unable to find anything.
Where is it supposed to save the control layout?

I thought we've fixed this issue. Which version of dolphin are you using?

I'm at 6033 right now but I think this was also on 5.0-6031, can't say on anything lower (I had 6026 also on my phone but I didn't try to delete anything back then)
No matyer what version latest or earliest it doesn't work.
I figured it out but make sure you habe the most recent version of dolphin
1. Go into dolphin emulator
2. Create a new file.named Config
3. Wow that was simple

However, there are still 2 things unclear:

So.. I still can't play because the game says it cannot read or write. Can you play by only creating the folder?
