Try turning on v-sync.
If you have ubers on hybrid on D3D11, you should not be hitting shader compilation stutter at all ever. Maybe hybrid XFB broke something. Not sure.
I have vsync on, i have never had it where it ran perfectly smooth even before the XFB updates. It always has this slight stutter, thats why I put the 1080 in there and it made no change. I did read in the wiki that Toad stool tour had this behavior during the transition back in the 4.0 releases but everything I see and read is saying I should have zero issues.

Yes...no setting seems to solve this issue...again it isnt game breaking but im going for near perfect on this edge machine I built. I want to start putting consoles away as I am out of inputs on my TV

Understandable, but I would think that a Wii U would be one of the best choices to keep connected as it can play GameCube, Wii,
and Wii U games (and that's before you consider the multitude of 8bit and 16bit emulators available as Wii homebrew).
