Yes, but it's finicky sometimes. Also you can't sync saves, so you basically have to start with a new file every time.

It would be better if you mentioned what games you wanted to play; some games work better than others. Also I thought we made a way to sync saves over netplay? Or was that never merged or am I remembering wrong?

We have a way to load the save that you have on your own disk, but we don't have a way to sync them across the network. So you manually have to make sure that you have the exact same save as everyone you're playing with, otherwise you'll desync.

You don't have to start from a new game though and it will save that back to the main NAND, so, yeah, saves do work if you manually set it up.
