I just found a solution for the Fps drop, need root the phone , and instal a apk " kernel adiutor", and changes the Cpu governor to performance on, looks like the exynos drop the cpu power to consume less batery, so changing this the phone ignore this request, ofc the batery will be drained faster.
i used this on PPSSPP and worked realy good and with a bit OC can get more FPS (caution with this )
Hope someone else could try and see if it works too on Samsung S8 has i used mine S7 exynos.
Not quite on topic but Samsung just announced their new Exynos and are claiming double the single core performance. Such a pity that they're sticking with Mali gpus and their drivers and the result in dolphin will be, once again, underwhelming.
And double the throttling.
