Hi!

Unfortunatelly i've to tell you that Dolphin 5.0 is unplayable on Windows 10 64 bits.

I've one Wii Sensor Bar with integrated Bluetooth that works perfect on Windows 7.

Since i upgraded it to Windows 10, i can't play anymore. I get errors after errors.

My sensor bar is: W-I-I SENSOR BAR RVL-015

The problem is that this bar always is fighting with windows 10 and wii remote.

My Wii Remote is official but its the old version (without wii motion plus).

The problem is that all the time that i turn on my computer, i've to remove bluetooth from win10 devices, restart it to install drivers again and after i've to add mi wii remote on Dolphin.
This works, but the problem is after some time (very random time - sometimes i can play for hours, sometimes i can't play even 1 minute) the remote wii just stop work.
The light is still on, but it don't happens nothing. No button work, no movement, its like as wii is turned off.

The wii remote freezes and it just turn off if i remove the baterry and put it again on wii remote.

I've to close the game on dolphin (don't save, lost all my progress), have to remove bluetooth from devices on win 10, restart computer, and do all again.

I already have tested Toshiba Stack but it don't works too. Its worse than official win 10 bluetooth. It freezes for nothing too.

Could you just fix it or tell me how to fix it, please?

This way is its impossible to play any game on dolphin.

Thank you guys, have a nice day!
Have you tried the latest development version of dolphin?

The same error.

The Wii Remote just stop work.

I tried Dolphin option: Tools > Connect Wii Remote and it don't works too. It don't connect the remote again. OMG

Tested on 2 games, same error for both =(

How fix it, please?

Ty!
Please tell us the steps you initially used to try to connect your wii remote. Did you try to connect the wii remote through the windows bluetooth settings, or through Dolphin's controller panel?

Ty!

1) After i logged in Win 10, i open Device Manager and removed Bluetooths devices.
2) Unplug and plug again sensor bar with bluetooth
3) Turn Bluetooth on on win.
4) Open Dolphin and sync real wii remote.

Thats done Wink

It works, but after some time, like as said, the remote stops works. And i lost the game progress because i can't recconect it =(

Thank you!

Im using win 10 64 bits, W-I-I Sensor Bar (With Bluetooth) and tried both dolphin 5.0 stable and dolphin latest build. The same error on both. Tried Toshiba Stack, but it don't works too. It freezes and crashes =(

Ty!!!
Um... you wouldn't happen to have a link to that sensor bar, would you? With that name, I can't find it!

I'm from Brazil, and it says only W-I-I SENSOR BAR =(

The link is: https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-866103024-barrinha-usb-sensor-bar-bluetooth-embutido-dolphin-wii-pc-_JM

I bought it last year. With win 7 and dolphin 5.0 it works without problem. Just w10 it crashs/freezes =(

Thank you!!!!
There's no information on what the bluetooth adapter inside that sensor bar is. Undecided All I can guess is that you are running into driver issues or compatibility with the changes to the ms bluetooth stack in Windows 10.

So, what driver is the bluetooth adapter in the sensor bar running? Is it something windows installed automatically or some drivers you installed from the device maker?
All I can say is that it looks veeeery veeery fishy, the seller also doesn't have a good reputation. Can you share with us the HW IDs that show in your device manager when you plug this bar?
