Game cursor can't reach left or right edges. Since the start button is very far on the right side, I can't start a race.
Tested fiddling with IR percentages, forcing 4:3, 16:9 aspect ratios, but nothing fixed it.
Tested on 5.0 6194, all defaults, D3D
