I need this because fps and vps live counters messing stats for time tracking programs:

Is it possible to show those counters in status bar but game title in the dolphin's window title instead all in the status bar?

No, it's not possible currently.

There's only an option to disable showing the game title. You would need to edit Dolphin's source to disable FPS info.
