When ever i play super mario sunshine when i turn off the game and turn it back up my save does not load it says create a new file please i need help

The default folder which is saved the memory card files, are inside the folder "Documents". Some antivirus (firewalls) blocks any modifications in files inside this folder. You must add a exception in your firewall to Dolphin saves on your emulated memory card.
After doing that, make a ingame save and see in the upper corner on the screen if the message "Wrote on the MemoryCardA" appears. (it's possible to delay a few seconds to save it).
