Hey, is my pc good enough it run most games smoothly?
*AMD r12 base clocked at 2.7ghz with a boost to 3.6 ghz
*12gb of ddr4 ram
*Radeon r7 graphics

Not really

That APU is not a Ryzen APU. So you're stuck with very inefficient CPU cores, and Dolphin needs fast single threaded CPU perf more than anything else.

A lot of popular games won't be very playable for you. There is no hacks you can do to get around that.
