I can't reproduce your issue at all.

# a NAND check for the ~/.dolphin-emu profile reports "no issue"
cp -R ~/.dolphin-emu ~/.dolphin-emu-test
mkdir -p ~/.dolphin-emu-test/Wii/title/00010000/53544d45/data

Running a check for ~/.dolphin-emu-test reports that the NAND is corrupted and Dolphin offers to fix it (no warning shown because there is no data loss). After accepting, the empty data directory I created is deleted and further checks report "no issue"
Hi. And do you have other game saves among that one?

It only deletes that one?

So, one thing is correct, in my case it doesnt show warning ids, cause the only one corrupted is an empty folder, so it only shows corrupted nand with no extra info. But in the process of deleting that empty folder, nand check deletes every single save. I think the problem could be on the delete command params/conditions?

btw, im on win 10 x64 fall creators.
Yes.
Ok, I did another test, after deleting that folder manually, check nand will show no errors and everything correct.

So I just créated a random fake wii title folder title/00010000/randomnumber/data, now check nand show corrupted nand with no warning, hit fix, every save deleted again. So probably the delete command/batch/whatever is doing something wrong.

So, as long as I have an empty title id folder, check nand will delete all my saves.
Definitely don't see how that could happen, which is why logs would be pretty useful to have here, as it will tell us what issues were found.
Thanks. I ll try to find a link on how to make proper log. Hope people dont experience this in the meantime.

Edit. Im trying, but dont get any log info when using nand check. should I check more options than core?
Just to be sure, you're not getting any log even when it reports the NAND is broken? Are you sure you have enabled logs for category CORE, set the level to Info and enabled "Log to Window"?
Yes, only enabled core and I only get this while report nand corrupt and all saves are being deleted

38:33:996 WiiUtils.cpp:743 E[CORE]: CheckNAND: Missing content directory for title 0001000053544d45
38:33:996 WiiUtils.cpp:769 W[CORE]: CheckNAND: Missing TMD for title 0001000053544d45
38:41:847 WiiUtils.cpp:743 E[CORE]: CheckNAND: Missing content directory for title 0001000053544d45
38:41:847 WiiUtils.cpp:769 W[CORE]: CheckNAND: Missing TMD for title 0001000053544d45

No relevant info I think.

Well I deleted all my saves for the tenth time today Big Grin
So, it's only detecting the empty title directory, as expected... Well, this doesn't explain why your other files are apparently getting deleted :/

Sorry, but without being able to reproduce the possible issue, I cannot do anything. It may be a good idea to run a debugger and check what WiiUtils::RepairNAND is doing (or add debug logs to the function).
Well, thanks guys, really not a problem for me, but was trying to avoid people complaining about deleted saves.

Will keep testing to see how it goes and if I can find more info.
