Try loading your save and cheats in the latest dev build of Dolphin

Can i see a screenshot of where this is loaded?
Just start the latest dev build like you would on Dolphin 5.0, since they both read from the same global directory.

Step by step tutorial please and with folder names if it involves any. Because im still confused on how to get back to my last save state before the error occured. And i cant go through it normally because the game wouldn't save to the memory cards
Sorry, but if you haven't manually made another savestate or made a memory card save, you can't go back to an earlier point in the game. But maybe you can disable panic handlers as a temporary way of getting rid of the error popups. After you do that, please make a memory card save so that you have your progress saved properly.

Thank you! I disabled panic handlers and it works now!

2 more questions though:
Will the error cause any future problems?
How can i prevent the error happening in the first place?
I'm not sure exactly why it happens or how to fix it, so for now, it's best to assume that it might cause problems in the future. Anyway, now that you've been able to make a memory card save, you should update to the latest development version of Dolphin. There's a chance that it'll help with the issue, but I don't know for sure if it'll affect it.

How do I add my pre-existing game file to a memory card?

I'm not sure what you mean by pre-existing game file.
