If it does work, I'm not really sure what we could do with that data unless there's someone who's really interested in looking into graphics driver problems on Android.

Is there some form of FIFO Player for Android, so I could record the processes and post them here?
Does it reproduce if you record the fifo on desktop, then replay on Android?
I honestly don't know; I've never used Dolphin on a computer, only on my phone. I'll probably try that at some point in the near future.
Okay, I solved the 0% CPU. Simply, the Override checkbox was never selected, because it used to lock CPU on like 10000%, but now it allows you to check it and actually decide a new CPU speed, instead of having the slider, but being unable to affect anything with it.
