Can I use multifunction USB joystick controller? I'm currently using Dolphin 3.5-269.

My PC Configuration is Intel Core i5-6200U CPU-2.30Ghz 2.40GHz, 8GB Ram, Video Memory 4GB AMD Radeon.

Probably, but I really can't guarantee anything about Dolphin versions that are as ancient as 3.5-269. And keep in mind that the control layout might be awkward for many games, since it's so different from the layout of all GameCube and Wii controllers.
