Is anybody using a dedicated game launcher for Dolphin?

I'm trying to build a dedicated HTPC "console PC" that can be boot to a simple interface and then control everything using a controller, etc.

I've heard good things about LaunchBox but I'm wondering what other users are doing?

Is everybody running Windows as well?
