I've loaded the game in with HLE, saved state at the looping, restarted the game and loaded with LLE but nothing happens...

It was S before, but now it doesn't work. Also does anyone else get wiimote out of sync error and the game just freezes? I am also just using keyboard.
I can run this game at 60 FPS with LLE Plugin and "Copy EFB to GL Texure Hack" but i cant even finish the first lvl without my wiimote getting deysnced all the time

Yes, I also have the wiimote out of sync error playing with a real wiimote and a bluetooth dongle.

A little no sound problem and a wiimote desync issue but still one of the best emulation I've ever seen on the graphics side!
The picture quality is better than a real Wii in 1920x1080p. Awesome!

Had to use the DSP-LLE Plugin to get past a loop after selecting number of players.
PATCHES:
OPEN DOLPHIN EMU, GO TO THE GAME SELECTION THEN CLICK RIGHT AND GO TO PROPERTIES
IN THE AR CODES SELECT ADD AND PUT THIS TWO CODES

YOU CAN PLAY THE FULL GAME AT FULL SPEED BUT WITHOUT SOUND.
REMEMEBER THAT YOU HAVE TO USE DSP-LLE SOUND PLUGIN (BOTH BOXES UNCHECKED , VOLUME = 1% AND NULLSOUND)
If you not using a wiimote on dolphin and want to shake remote you can Wii remote plugin "roll and pitch" to a analog button and set each for 180 degrees. Your analog can then roll and pitch for you in the sense of making mario fly etc etc.

From my experience running with or without wii mote.
Wii mote dysnc and controller does not return.
If you emulating the wii mote with a usb controller it also dysync and you can no long control mario. I've gotten past the first yoshi stage till toadstill gets captured and you need to go back to the first stage. If you used the trick I found with save state lle to hle the controller will still break here and the sound will stop as well. Using the save state, hle switch game runs perfect till the yoshi stage but offcourse its a pain to get controller to recognize after the savestate. Multiple resets of dolphin needed. Also heading up to one of the toad houses to do the match making mini game has controller stop working as well after you complete or lose the game. Mario will just sit there. I can only test svn up to 4504 due to commit 4505 breaking windows xp 32 bit users so can't test any of the new abilities with controls.

You can play full speed and with HLE plugin, it's possible.
Load the game in the map world and just deactivates and reactivates Wii Remote, tries and tries again the wiimote will work !
