I did, but thats using ntsc version, pal didn t have that problem. Reverted to pal and issue is gone!
What i'm wondering is if anyone was able to get proper fps in directx after rev 4617. Seems all the revs I try after that dx is super slow!

lol, i only got my hands on the NTSC version, dont know how to get PAL (hint: internet shoping)

Im running directx plugin and getting perfect speeds on r4631! I just wanna know if theres a way of getting past the loop at the begining without save states.

Hmm.. disable "Enable Loop audio Hack" ?
yes, use the gl plugin. Loop has been fixed for that but strangely not for dx ^^
