I can confirm that r4608 solves the problem of losing controls every minute or so with r4606. I've just played for an hour with no problems.
Full Instructions (just a summary of everything that's been mentioned so people stop asking the same questions)
1. Download and unzip Dolphin r4608 (
http://cid-ec92aae47a89073b.skydrive.live....in?view=details)
2. Dump your DSP ROMs and put them in <Dolphin directory>\Sys\GC (
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-3823.html) This is for DSP LLE
3. Download and unzip Emulated Wiimote controls to <Dolphin directory>\User\Config (
http://forums.ngemu.com/dolphin-discussion/118070-wii-remote-plugin-official-thread.html) This is for Wii remote shaking
4. Start Dolphin, go to Config and uncheck Enable Dual Core and Use Panic Handlers, chose an aspect ratio of 16:9 (for widescreen) in the Wii tab and select Dolphin DSP-LLE Plugin in the Plugins tab
5. Go to Graphics, uncheck Native, check Fullscreen, select your resolution and aspect ratio, then check Disable Fog and Copy EFB to GL Texture in the Advanced tab
6. Go to Wiimote to set your controls
(I'm using a keyboard) and click on Recording for motion controls
7. Mute your speakers and start the game
(may requre a few tries to get the controls to start working). When the opening cutscene finally starts, press Shift+F1 to save
8. Go to Config and select Dolphin DSP-HLE Plugin in the Plugins tab, click Config... and uncheck Enable Other Audio
9. Unmute your speakers, start the game and press F1 to load. Press Shift+F1/F1 to save/load from now on. If the graphics screw up in the world map, just uncheck and check Disable Fog.
