Saves aren't compatibles, do a new backup each time you update Dolphin.

I don't understand. it doesn't work for me????????
I can't seem to get it to go ... between freezing and the wiimote desync thing popping up all the time still (x360 pad) I give up ... I'll wait for another rev. Sad
looks like this thread is getting very popular.
4 full pages of new posts in 1 day (the last time i came hereTongue)
and the game as well. i don't have the game..........yetBig Grin
(EDIT: wow 2 more posts before i finished typing thisBig Grin)
its working well with the real wii remote, but i get to the part where they say toad must be rescued and i lose my controls. oh well.
Dolphin 4606 to 4608 still crashed randomly, sometimes can enter game sometimes can't. No controll from the wiimote what so ever. Me was really hoping this is gonna work but then just have to wait for another one instead.
No real WiiMote (using Logitech pad), R4608. Error "Wiimote is out of sync" when:
1. load state (and random at the game) with LLE plugin (all flags unchecked)
2. start game with HLE plugin
oh, and every time when comes to the worldmap got this:

but this fixing by press HOME and go back, so...
so im waiting and hoping with all the rest crowd.
The game is working quite well for me with the xbox 360 controller. However I also lose control of the game and get stuck when they say toad needs to be rescued. And I also get stuck in a loop or lose controls when I go into toads hut for prizes.

Also the normal coins in the sky are not rendering properly for me. They don't rotate and appear to be a low quality sprite or something. Coins on the ground render properly and rotate and antialiasing makes them look very nice. Is there a setting I can change to get the coins in the sky to appear as they should?

The white screen can also be fixed by unchecking "disable fog" and then checking it again.
Going to try with the new build now! excited!

EDIT: im getting about 30fps... about half speed. how can i increase my speed? Ive got dual core enabled and Copy EFB to GL Texture (Hack).

I can confirm that r4608 solves the problem of losing controls every minute or so with r4606. I've just played for an hour with no problems.

Full Instructions (just a summary of everything that's been mentioned so people stop asking the same questions)
1. Download and unzip Dolphin r4608 (http://cid-ec92aae47a89073b.skydrive.live....in?view=details)
2. Dump your DSP ROMs and put them in <Dolphin directory>\Sys\GC (http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-3823.html) This is for DSP LLE
3. Download and unzip Emulated Wiimote controls to <Dolphin directory>\User\Config (http://forums.ngemu.com/dolphin-discussion/118070-wii-remote-plugin-official-thread.html) This is for Wii remote shaking
4. Start Dolphin, go to Config and uncheck Enable Dual Core and Use Panic Handlers, chose an aspect ratio of 16:9 (for widescreen) in the Wii tab and select Dolphin DSP-LLE Plugin in the Plugins tab
5. Go to Graphics, uncheck Native, check Fullscreen, select your resolution and aspect ratio, then check Disable Fog and Copy EFB to GL Texture in the Advanced tab
6. Go to Wiimote to set your controls (I'm using a keyboard) and click on Recording for motion controls
7. Mute your speakers and start the game (may requre a few tries to get the controls to start working). When the opening cutscene finally starts, press Shift+F1 to save
8. Go to Config and select Dolphin DSP-HLE Plugin in the Plugins tab, click Config... and uncheck Enable Other Audio
9. Unmute your speakers, start the game and press F1 to load. Press Shift+F1/F1 to save/load from now on. If the graphics screw up in the world map, just uncheck and check Disable Fog.

Also sometimes when I load the game the controls don't work at all it just stuck on title screen. Could someone post there configuration that are not getting any problems?
