but there's still the problem that every few minutes or seconds Mario suddenly runs uncontrollably in one direction for a few seconds which mostly means death -_-
What settings are used in r4608 to get this running? I can't seem to make this game work with HLE ... I still get the loop ..

I have a E5200 2.5ghz and a Radeon 4850HD card ... so I should have enough processor speed to run it and really want to play this game ..

Whenever I save state at the world map and load it in HLE I get really fucked up sound, I can still hear the game it's just there is background static, anyone else getting this? Using r4608.
The game isn't yet fully playable because there are many loop, but to pass the first loop in the sound settings use the LLE plugin (dualcore disable), made a quick save in the map world, close Dolphin then load with the HLE plugin (dualcore enable).
Saves aren't compatibles, do a new backup each time you update Dolphin.

you need to get past the loop with the LLE plugin.
Get to the map then do a "save state" exit game

Now select HLE plugin and start the game. Now load your save state when you were on the map. It will start at the map with sound...good luck

Uncheck "enable other audio (throttle)" in the DSP setting and that static sound will go away
Thanks guys!
