Were you able to get past toad getting captured and brought back to stage 1-1 kronos? Can't seem to get past there even using the activate deactivate trick with wiimote or emulated wiimote with a usb controller.

That is because you don't have the required files for LLE to work. Did you read the errors that popped up?

Since you didn't read the first few topics on this, please don't request the files (I am pretty sure that is what you were going to do next ).

I'm sorry, but everywhere I read they said I have to use LLE plugin, thats why I didn't tried the HLE one.
The problem now is that i can't get past that looping too, and i already waited a long time but nothing happens.

You have to run in LLE, HLE works with sound till the menu.

I've readed all the topics in this thread before asking.
Firstly, i've got that "dsp_rom.bin" and "dsp_coef.bin" problem, but i've done everything to make it work properly.
Now I simply can't start the game, because there's just a black screen, no error messages and I only get around 3.7fps.

Maybe you got bad files? I only had a black screen when those files were missing. I also only got 3-7 FPS when it was at the black screen. I assume your files are bad, but it could be something else.

I don't wanna be a jerk, but i have no idea what exactly is to 'dump files'.
All that "bannerbomb" and "dsp" stuff are making me crazy.
Couldn't you just tell me exactly what I have to do?

Stage 1-3 Toad is captured and wiimote does not work, I managed to pass this passage with LLE plugin and save, then I load the game with HLE plugin
Game is perfect but to use "shake" with xpadder I configured this key in turbo mode.
