I actually see it dropping from 60 fairly regularly, also your video quality is so bad that it's pretty difficult to see the framerate counter which is very visibly changing.
Also, why no audio. Stuttering too much from framerate periodically dropping, right?

I Was screen recording it took some frames away while recording i dont have an camera to just show the device in my hand

If you capture your device, how would you hear other people talking? it's not like the mic is on while recording, unless you set it up to be.

Hello sorry for my English, i am a french man x) I have dolphin 5.0 on my galaxy note 8 but it can't start games, it's a note 8 with Exynos. I read the exynos is not the better for dolphin but i think it should be able to make them work. Please tell me the solution, it's not possible note 8 can't do it
Your best bet is to set the graphics backend to OpenGL. If it still doesn't work then, then it's likely a driver bug that needs to be worked around if at all possible and you'll need to open a PR to work around it.
