Recently updated and this is an issue with Vulkan and AMD on secondary and duplicate monitor. Tried with with Direct3D 11, and it works fine. Definitely preferred running Vulkan for its improved performance.

Just use OpenGL in your case. You gain no benefit by using Vulkan. Just buggy drivers.
I wish this was true, but the reality is that games like Twilight Princess or Metroid Prime 3 require Vulkan for most people. I have an i7 6700k and Vulkan and dual core were both a must for me to keep 100% speed on Metroid Prime 3 100% of the time

Pretty sure we established in some older thread that something is wrong with your system and you should figure that out.
I've played ZTP to completion on a GTX 770 and a 4790k and it didn't slow down.

TP does not slow down for me either, I'm talking about Prime 3
