the same happened to the gunshot sounds in RE:Zero...guess that's gone, too? Smile
Metroid Prime seems to play music properly, but it only plays just some sound effects. Things like footsteps and some alien sounds don't work.

Definitely not. The issue's been raised before as well. The sound jumps, looses channels, and sometimes isn't there at all.
Yeah please, tales of symphonia sound is awful

They said a proper fix would come soon but it's been a while now and several revisions later and still no fix is to be seen as of yet. Without this fix there is no intro music in Twilight Princess and the game music is missing some notes.
Oh! So I wasn't crazy. Apart from the music stopping in the intro and cutscenes, I was sure there were some notes missing... The music just feels weird.

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one. Any ETA on a solution for this?
Looks like the list needs an updated for the most recent build. I've successfully got sound working in Pikmin. I loaded a game from the memory card from an old build and had some really glitchy sounds in the fourth landing area, so it may not work perfectly. I'm going to do some more testing to get it working right...

I don't know, whenever the developers decide to properly re-implement it I suppose. Wink
hi,
there is any revision that solve the music cutting problem in mario kart double dash?
i've tried many revisions but music cut in all of these
I remember back some months ago, I had the intro sound working profectly, but some sound gradual loss when entering high texured areas.

But now with the new builds, it's completely gone, not to mention the echo-ing in the trailer movie and so on...
how about the music cutting in SMG? Its still there with R 4845
since work on DSP hasn't been committed since quite a while, I guess it's still there *shrug*
